Pre-orders: If a product is marked as "pre-order", the expected delivery date is only an estimate.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • You agree to pay the price of the product(s) plus any shipping fees as displayed at checkout.
  • Payments can be made via our approved third-party providers (e.g. IDeal, etc).
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party payment gateways.

Promotions and discount codes will have specific conditions set out at the time of use.

5. Delivery and Risk

  • Products are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are guidelines only.
  • Title and ownership of goods transfers only after full payment is received.
  • Risk passes to you upon delivery to your address.

 

6. Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if there is a quality issue or shipping error, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

To request a return, contact us via email with your order number and a description of the issue. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
  • Our products and website content are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. Always consult your healthcare provider.

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts in New Zealand.

12. Definitions

  • Consequential Loss: Includes loss of revenue, reputation, or opportunity.
  • Force Majeure: Includes events like natural disasters, wars, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
